Brands across industries, one search strategy each
Real estate, e-commerce, hosting, SaaS and marketing agencies โ every client gets a strategy built for how their specific buyers actually search, not a copy-pasted playbook.

Frequently asked questions
The questions I hear most before a new engagement starts.
01What industries do you actually work with?
Real estate and title insurance, e-commerce and marketplace sellers, hosting and SaaS, and marketing agencies looking for an SEO/AEO specialist to bring in for client work. If your industry isn't listed on this page, ask — the strategy adapts, the fundamentals of getting found don't change.
02How does a new engagement usually start?
With a call to understand where you actually stand today — current rankings, AI visibility, what's already been tried — before any strategy gets proposed. No generic audit template gets sent out before that conversation happens.
03Do you work with agencies, or only direct brands?
Both. Several of the brands above are marketing and SEO agencies bringing in specialist AEO/GEO work for their own clients, alongside direct brand engagements.
04Is this SEO, or something else?
Both, deliberately. Traditional SEO still matters, but a growing share of discovery now happens inside AI answer engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews. The work here covers both: ranking in search, and being the source those systems actually cite.
05How involved do I need to be day-to-day?
As little or as much as you want. Most clients get a direct line for questions and regular updates, without needing to manage the work themselves — there's no account manager layer between you and the person actually doing it.
06Can I see the actual work before committing?
Yes — each client card above has a case study PDF slot for exactly that. If a specific one isn't attached yet, ask directly and it can be shared.
